Welcome

     After 30 years practicing General Family Dentistry in San Mateo group practice, I decided to return home to the San Francisco Sunset area to take on a new challenge in a private office. I am delighted and enthusiastic in this opportunity to take over Dr. Mike Li's practice. I am fluent in English and Cantonese. I look forward to providing professional dental care to all of my patients with my vast experience. 

     I grew up in the Sunset Parkside District where my parents still reside. After graduating from Lowell High School in 1981, I obtained my Physiology Bachelor of Science degree from UC Davis in 1985. I went back to UCSF School of Dentistry to complete my DDS training in 1989. I still reside in the Sunset with my wife and daughter. I enjoy the fresh cooler weather and this vibrant neighborhood. I now desire to work close to home and spend more quality time with my family. 

     My hobby is sports. I am a huge sports fanatic and enjoy sharing stories with my friends on all bay area teams. My new interest is hockey and I attend many San Jose Sharks games as a partial season ticket holder. I enjoy golfing on my days off since it allows me to marvel in the fresh outdoor air and it's a great way to relax and relieve any stress. My family and I travel and dine out whenever possible to experience different cultures and sample various ethnic meals.

     As I take over Dr. Li's private practice, I will continue to provide family, preventive, cosmetic, and general dentistry. My passion for quality dentistry continues as I will pursue and strive for the utmost professional care for all. I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
